Our most widely used product is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade 5.5 kg aggregate-finish torch-on felt system. It is built up in carefully bonded layers for extensions, garages, outbuildings, homes and commercial properties across Cork City and County Cork.

The working process
From first inspection to finished roof.
The exact method depends on the existing roof, but the work follows a clear sequence focused on preparation and waterproof detailing.

Inspect and prepare
The existing covering, deck, edges, outlets and penetrations are checked so the correct build-up can be planned.

Make the base sound
Loose or failed material is removed and damaged deck areas are repaired or replaced where required.

Install the felt system
The membranes are laid in controlled layers with particular care at laps, upstands, corners and roof details.

Finish and check
Edges and penetrations are completed neatly, then the finished roof is checked throughout.
